What You'll Do
- Build high-throughput inference and indexing services
- Optimise models and pipelines for on-premises deployment
- Own observability and performance across the ML stack
Who You Are
- 5+ years in backend or ML infrastructure engineering
- Experience with Python, C++ or Rust and GPU workloads
- Pragmatic about trade-offs in production systems
